SHIPPING AND RETURNS
Free shipping within worldwide
Domestic (France) deliveries are carried out by Colissimo.
European deliveries are carried out by Colissimo or DHL Express.
Worldwide deliveries are carried out by DHL Express.
Shipping costs vary depending on location.
Orders are processed within 24 hours for all in-stock products, and within 4 weeks for made-to-order items. You will receive a shipment confirmation email with the shipping tracking number. Signature is required for delivery.
Domestic orders (France) arrive within 2–3 days of shipping.
European orders arrive within 3-5 days of shipping.
International orders arrive within 3–5 days of shipping.
CUSTOMS, DUTIES AND TAXES
All orders outside EU are shipped delivery duties unpaid (DDU).
Customs, duties and taxes are not included in the item price or shipping cost.
Unfortunately, we cannot calculate these charges prior to your order being placed and are unable to cover them for customers. Any applicable fees will be collected from you by the carrier upon delivery.
Please check with your local customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to purchase.
EXCHANGES
STUDIO DE LOSTANGES does not offer refunds but may exceptionally accept exchanges. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer. Please ask any necessary questions at studio@delostanges.com before placing your order. If you wish to request an exchange, please email us first explaining the reason before sending your item back.
You have a lead–time of 14 days from reception (outside the holiday season) date to return the product(s) you have ordered for exchange. If the last day of the lead-time is a Saturday, Sunday, or public holiday, the lead-time is reported to the following business day. Beyond this, Studio de Lostanges reserves the right to refuse exchange.
All enquiries must be sent to studio@delostanges.com.
Items must be returned in perfect condition and in their original packaging. We will send you a prepaid packing slip for the return. You then need to send your return within 7 business days, otherwise it will not be accepted. Customs, duties and taxes collected from you by the carrier upon delivery will not be refunded. Damaged or incomplete items will not be taken back and will be returned to you as is, at your expense.
